1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any tour or service with Orion Peru Tours E.I.R.L. (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and the client.

2. Reservations and Payments

• A deposit of at least 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a reservation.

• The balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the start of the tour, unless otherwise specified.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal. Additional transaction fees may apply.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing to the company email: info@orionperutours.com.

• The following cancellation fees apply:

  • More than 30 days before the tour: 80% refund.

  • 15–29 days before the tour: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before the tour: no refund.

• Some services (e.g., Machu Picchu tickets, train tickets, flights) are non-refundable once purchased.

4. Modifications

• Any request for changes to your reservation must be made in writing and is subject to availability and additional costs.

• The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, strikes, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Responsibilities and Liabilities

• The Company acts only as an intermediary between the client and the service providers (transport, lodging, guides, etc.).

• The Company is not liable for delays, losses, injuries, accidents, or damages beyond its control.

• It is the responsibility of the client to have valid travel documents and comply with local laws and regulations.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, and loss of luggage.

7. Health and Safety

• Clients must inform the Company of any pre-existing medical conditions or food allergies before the tour.

• The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who is deemed unfit to travel.

8. Use of Images

By joining our tours, you agree that Orion Peru Tours E.I.R.L. may use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the trip.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts in Cusco, Peru.
